These terms apply to your use of CapitalScope (capitalscope.farbeenterprise.com), operated by Farbe Enterprise. By using the site you accept them.
1. The service
CapitalScope is a financial information and research service about Indian private companies and private markets. It is not investment advice; see the disclaimer and the risk disclosure.
2. Accounts
Keep your password private and tell us at once if you think your account is being used by someone else. One account is for one person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, scrape, crawl or download the data in bulk, or use automated tools to collect it, except through an API or export we provide to you.
- Do not resell, republish or redistribute the data, or build a competing database from it.
- Do not try to get around plan limits, security controls or rate limits, or access areas you are not allowed to.
- Do not submit information you know to be false, or information you have no right to share.
4. Content and data
The site, its design and its compilation of data belong to Farbe Enterprise. Data from third parties remains subject to their licences and terms, listed on the data sources page, including the attribution they require.
5. Paid plans
Paid plans, their prices and what they include are shown on the site when they are offered. Taxes, billing periods, renewal and refunds will be stated before you pay.
5a. Marketplace
Requests to buy, sell or get a quote, dealers' replies and introductions to registered partners are covered by the marketplace terms. CapitalScope does not execute or arrange trades or hold money or securities.
5b. Institutional plans and the API
Institutional access is provided under a contract with your organisation, within its seats and quotas. Keep API keys secret and revoke a key that may be exposed. Data received through the API or bulk exports may be used inside your organisation for the purposes in your contract, keeping the attribution that the sources' licences require; it may not be resold or republished. The analyst's answers are computed from published records and are information, not advice.
6. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Farbe Enterprise is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions made using the information on the site.
7. Changes
We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
