Requests to buy or sell unlisted shares

Find a counterparty or a dealer's price through registered partners — on your terms, with nothing shared until you agree.

Not open yet

The marketplace opens only after an independent legal and regulatory review and with registered partners in place. Until then you can follow indicative prices on the unlisted shares pages.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you want

Make a request to buy, a request to sell, or ask partner dealers for a quote on an unlisted share listed on CapitalScope.

  2. We check it

Staff review requests to buy or sell. For a request to sell, you upload your demat holding statement; we check it and delete it later. We never ask for PAN, Aadhaar or account numbers.

  3. Replies and possible matches

Registered partner dealers can reply with a price, without knowing who you are. If another member's request fits yours, we may propose an introduction.

  4. You decide

A dealer sees your contact details only if you ask it to contact you. An introduction happens only if both members agree. The partner then handles KYC, documents, the transfer and payment under its own registration.

What CapitalScope does not do

  • It does not buy, sell, hold or transfer shares, and does not hold money for anyone.
  • It does not execute, arrange or guarantee trades, set prices, or act as a broker, dealer or exchange.
  • It does not give investment advice or tell you whether a price is good.

Indicative prices on CapitalScope are not executable prices. A dealer's reply is that dealer's own quote, valid until the date it gives.
